Complete the New Student Application form and return it to the school in person or by mail.
Include the following documentation with the application form:
- $50 application fee/student or $75 application fee/family;
- A copy of your child's birth certificate;
- A copy of your child's baptismal certificate;
- A copy of your child's most recent report card;
- Information regarding any special programming your child has received.
