Include the following documentation with the application form:

  • $50 application fee/student or $75 application fee/family;
  • A copy of your child's birth certificate;
  • Canadian Documentation (If birth certificate if not Canadian);
  • A copy of your child's baptismal certificate;
  • A copy of your child's most recent report card (except Kindergarten);
  • Reference Letter (Grade 1-8);
  • Information regarding any special programming your child has received.
